Body Back is now at Open Arts!
Mamas, are you feeling stressed out trying to squeeze into an overcrowded gym where the instructor barely knows you?! Then, you need Body Back! We keep class sizes small so we can motivate and support each other, all while getting that “me” time. The instructor will know you so well, as to know your exercise goals, your children’s names, and even your plank time by the first class. Plus, CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE ON-SITE DURING CLASS!
