As we approach the start of our 4-Week Summer Class Session, we wanted to be sure to go over some new procedures to ensure everyone has a successful and fun experience at Open Arts this summer.
If you PRE-REGISTERED FOR CLASS, you are all set! You will come to class at your designated time each week July 10 through August 2nd. Check your e-mail inboxes for additional information on tuition, dress code, and more.
If you are WAIT-LISTED FOR CLASS, you are first on our list for drop-in spots. You will be able to come to your requested class at your designated time each week July 10 through August 2nd. The Drop-in Rate is $15 per class and is due at your arrival each week.
If you PLAN TO DROP-IN for an individual class or try a different class each week, we highly recommend that you call the studio at (919) 651-0447 or send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before class each week to reserve your child’s spot. For safety reasons and ensure the highest quality experience for our dancers, drop-in space is limited and we cannot guarantee everyone a spot unless you call/e-mail ahead.
FOR ALL CLASSES:
- Dress Code for our Summer Session is very relaxed. If you have appropriate dance attire, please wear it. If this is your first time trying a dance class, come in something comfortable to move in that is fitted to your body (ie. not too flowy or distracting – leggings, shorts, tank, etc).
- Hair should be pulled back in a ponytail or bun (or equivalent) and away from the face for ALL classes and ALL ages.
- Most classes can be taken in bare feet. If you have appropriate dance shoes, please bring them. We do have a small shoe swap basket in the lobby with used shoes that you are welcome to use if you find a pair that fits your child.
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our studio this summer for classes that are full of learning, fun, and a bit of fancy!
