We are so thrilled to offer POUND Fitness at Open Arts this year!
POUND is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn between 400-900 calories per hour. Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique, all while rocking out to your favorite music!
Our POUND instructor is Samantha Purcell, an Open Arts Mom and health and fitness advocate. She will be offering weekly POUND classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8pm beginning August 24th, 2016.
The Drop-in Rate for (1) Class is only $7 – and with your Drop-in Punch Card, your 9th Class is FREE!
You can also purchase 4-Class Pack for $24 or a 6-Class Pack for $30 – it’s never been so affordable – or FUN! – to get in shape and stay healthy.
No registration is required. Be sure to call the studio (919-651-0447) or visit our Facebook Page to learn of any class cancellations before coming out. You can pay for your class or buy a class pack when you arrive with Cash or Credit. We can’t wait to see you at class!
